Janet Young has spent 20 years working in the Healing Arts as a certified meditation teacher, a licensed massage therapist, and a Reiki master teacher. She has many certificates in energy medicine and holistic practices, including sound healing with tuning forks and chakra balancing. As a massage therapist, she has been using advanced techniques such as lymphatic drainage, prenatal massage, craniosacral therapy, hot stones, neuromuscular, Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, and more. She is mindful of the body, mind, spirit connection and often combines energy medicine modalities, meditation, and massage to achieve optimal results for her clients. She has studied extensively and learned how to relieve emotions that have become stuck in the body and biofield that contribute to dis-ease. It is her honor to orchestrate guided meditations and Reiki teachings that help people overcome limitations, gain profound insights, grow psychic awareness, and harmonize with their true selves. With many clients and students in Bluffton, Hilton Head, and worldwide on Zoom, it is her hope to create more of the high vibration of love on the planet, and contribute to humanity's expansion of consciousness.
