I was guided to create this course to move you into the larger aspects of your consciousness, the You that is your biofield… where lifetimes, and this lifetime, have stored information that you are experiencing now in physical reality through your body. Many experience quick results with this guided meditation course.

With 20 years of energy medicine practice, I have come to know different corresponding pockets of energy that you can access... based on theories in Reiki, craniosacral therapy, biofield research, meditation training, and Vedic research. This is a 2-week, 6-class series on Zoom M/T/W mornings.
